“I only had the ice cream here which was nice (though they will only give you one scoop unless you specifically ask for a 2nd one). The popular flavors tend to run out early, but if you're flexible, you can get a nice, cool treat.”

“You can only go to this shop if you are staying in the hotel and have a bracelet to prove it. Hotel service only businesses should not have a Google listing. In the hotel zone in Cancun, this is vital information!!”

“Despite what other reviewers have said, you can't just walk in here and order coffee without being guests of the hotel. When we tried to pay cash the staff were very confused and eventually we were kicked out. The coffee was ok.”
